HPA PLUS Mobile App User Guide

Add progress notes on the go with HPA+ mobile apps.

Login Process

  • After successfully installing the mobile application, a staff member can log into HPA Plus mobile application with valid credentials.
  • To receive valid credential as a staff member, they need to be entered into the the HPA Plus Dashboard under “Manage Staff”. An email will automatically be sent to the staff members email with their login credentials.
  • With a valid staff name & password, by clicking on login button staff can login.
  • If the staff member forgets the password, it can be reset with “Forgot Password” option.

Login Page

Dashboard

  • Once the login is successful, the dashboard screen menu will be visible.
  • It has a greeting message with the client’s name and the participants listed with images.
  • The menus are My schedule, My Docs, About HPA, Notifications & My HPA Portal.”
  • Each module can be accessed with a simple tap.

My Schedule

  • In this section, staff can check shifts allocated & schedule.
  • The legends are used to show the availability & unavailability of each staff member.
  • Blue shows the availability and red shows the unavailability.
  • After clicking the shift, staff can view shift assigned with date, timing and address.
  • Next to the calendar view, staff can view shift details with name of the staff, address for the shift and status showing booked.
  • If there is no shift is not assigned then the particular date is shown as blank.
  • Staff can view complete details of the shift by clicking over and a new screen will appear with details.
  • There will also be a button to navigate directly to the address.
  • Treatment history is listed for the staff to note down.
  • Staff can add the following notes in the categories: Goal, Expense, Mileage & Enquiry by pressing the “+” button.
  • At the bottom the “Details, Task, Progress & Events” are given.
  • In progress function the four more sub functions are present,” Goal, Expense, Mileage & Enquiry. Staff can add new entries to it with the “+” symbol at the bottom.
  • Staff can apply for the leave and blocking out dates by clicking on calendar icon.
  • Staff can mark unavailability by selecting the date as per the need either full day or half day.
  • For full day leave staff must fill the description and then submit.
  • For half day unavailability staff must select the “right tick” icon at the right-side, select the time for which the unavailability is, description should be mentioned and then submit.

Task

  • The status of the task is also shown here.
  • New task can be added with the “+” button at the right down side.

Progress

  • In progress function, there are 4 categories : Goal, Expense, Mileage & Enquiry. Staff can add new entries to it with the “+” symbol at the bottom.
  • Each function is viewable & each function can be created newly with the “+” symbol on each function screen.

Goal

  • This function is to save the client’s goal.
  • With goal options, the feedback can be submitted through rating.
  • New goals can be added with the “+” symbol.
  • These goals can also synced with Web application where we can see the progress updated in the events sections of admin.

Expense

  • The staff can add and save the expense.
  • An expense can be added using add symbol at the right side of the progress screen.

Mileage

  • The staff have access to add the Mileage.
  • Added mileage should be in KM/Miles.
  • The new screen will get open as the mileage button is hit, adding the mileage in km/miles the description should be entered.
  • With the save button (at top right side) the mileage can be added.

Enquiry

  • Here staff can add and save an enquiry.
  • New enquiry can be added with the add button.

Feedback

  • Here staff can add and save the experience and feedback.
  • Feedback is the review received by the client.
  • The section can be helpful to improve on the suggestions.

Incident

  • Here staff can add and save an incident.
  • New incident can be added with the add button on the progress screen.

Events

  • At right side, the last option “Event” can be seen with the bell icon.
  • Staff can view events here.

My Documents

  • Document hub is a module where client can get all documents at one place.
  • All the uploaded documents can be accessed here in PDF format.
  • In each document folder, documents can be downloaded & viewed by clicking on download icon.
  • The detailed document will be opened and viewed.

Document Centre

  • Document hub is a module where client can get all documents at one place.
  • All the uploaded documents can be accessed here in PDF format.
  • In each document folder, documents can be viewed by clicking on download icon.
  • The detailed document will get opened.
  • The message with read & unread options are given separately to view the messages for assigning the approval.
  • The read section shows the approved activities for admin whereas the unapproved or new activities are listed in unread section.

About HPA

  • This module displays all the details about HPA Plus.
  • This module will redirect to the official page of the HPA once clicked.
  • It has started with My journey having four sub sections “Official website, Help, Terms & Condition & Privacy Policy”.

Shift Notification

  • Here staff will get notification about the assigned shift.
  • Staff can check the notification for the approved activity & rejected activity.
  • The notifications are listed under read & unread sections.
  • The read will be shown separately in read & the notifications which are not read will be shown in the unread section.

My HPA Portal

  • This module will redirect the staff to the login page of the portal.
